Terms of Service

1. What RoastMyTok is

RoastMyTok (“we,” “us,” the “Service”) analyzes a TikTok creator’s public posts and, for accounts they connect via TikTok Login Kit, their own account data, and generates AI-written feedback, virality scoring, and draft video scripts. You review and post any content yourself; the Service never posts to TikTok on your behalf and has no auto-posting capability.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, consistent with TikTok’s own minimum age. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm you have a parent or guardian’s permission.

3. Accounts

You can use the Service anonymously (a guest session) to receive one free analysis, or create an account (email/password or Google) to save your results and unlock paid features. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

4. TikTok data & connecting your account

You may bring your own posts in three ways: connecting TikTok via the official Login Kit and Display API (read-only access to your own videos and their public stats), pasting posts manually, or letting us read your public profile page the same way any browser does. We never ask for or store your TikTok password, and we never post, comment, follow, or take any action on TikTok on your behalf. Your use of TikTok itself remains governed by TikTok’s own Terms of Service.

5. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans (“Pro”) are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout before you pay. You can cancel anytime through the self-serve billing portal linked from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods except where required by law.

6. AI-generated content

Analyses, scores, scripts, and suggestions are generated by an AI model based on the data you provide. They are opinions and creative drafts, not guarantees: virality scores, growth predictions, and suggested content are not promises of any outcome on TikTok or elsewhere. You are solely responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to post any AI-generated script or idea.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to analyze or harvest another person’s account without a legitimate reason to view their public content
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, usage caps, or paid-feature gates
• Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harassing, or infringing
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service itself

8. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any impact on your TikTok account’s performance or standing.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
